Family Navigator -
Partners with Families

The Family Navigator – Partners with Families Program provides free, compassionate support to parents and caregivers of youth involved in Monmouth County’s youth justice system. Our team offers system navigation, advocacy, and peer-based support to help families manage challenges and connect with essential community services.

By empowering caregivers and identifying opportunities for system improvement, the program aims to reduce barriers and promote long-term positive outcomes for youth and their families.

Advocating for Youth at Risk

We empower caregivers with guidance, advocacy, and resources to help them navigate the juvenile justice system and support their child’s well-being.

Services

Our services are rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment—offering families the guidance they need to support their child’s well-being while engaging with the juvenile justice system.

Advocacy

We stand by families to ensure their voices are heard and respected throughout the youth justice process.

Navigation & Education

We guide caregivers through legal processes, providing clarity and support every step of the way.

Linkages & Referrals

We connect families with services such as legal aid, counseling, education support, and more.

Family Partnership

We offer peer-led support and engage caregivers in focus groups to advocate for meaningful change.
