Family Navigator -
Partners with Families
The Family Navigator – Partners with Families Program provides free, compassionate support to parents and caregivers of youth involved in Monmouth County’s youth justice system. Our team offers system navigation, advocacy, and peer-based support to help families manage challenges and connect with essential community services.
By empowering caregivers and identifying opportunities for system improvement, the program aims to reduce barriers and promote long-term positive outcomes for youth and their families.
