Family Crisis
Intervention Unit
The Family Crisis Intervention Unit (FCIU) provides immediate, trauma-informed support to Monmouth County youth ages 10-17 who are experiencing crises such as family conflict, runaway behavior, school refusal, or human trafficking. Our team works directly with youth and their families to stabilize the situation, address underlying issues, and create a path to long-term support.

By offering 24/7 crisis intervention and personalized case management, FCIU aims to prevent the escalation of crises and reduce the likelihood of involvement with the youth justice system. We connect families to necessary resources and services, ensuring youth receive the care they need to overcome challenges and thrive in a safe, supportive environment.
Supporting Youth in Crisis
We stabilize youth and families in crisis through early intervention and coordinated care, reducing risk factors that may lead to juvenile justice system involvement.
