Mackenzie supports individuals in navigating a wide range of challenges, including relationship concerns, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, depression, personal growth, PTSD, and domestic violence. Guided by a belief in the mind-body-spirit connection, she incorporates natural healing practices into her therapeutic style to promote overall wellness.

She uses a person-centered and collaborative approach, tailoring strategies to each client to foster healing, shift negative self-beliefs, and cultivate a more positive worldview. Mackenzie is certified in Sand Play Therapy and trained in EMDR, integrating these modalities as appropriate to support meaningful and lasting change.

Mackenzie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Social Work at Rutgers, along with a Certificate in Violence Against Women and Children in 2017.
