(MHASS)
MHA Social Services (MHASS) provides supportive case management and resource navigation to individuals in permanent housing who are at risk of returning to homelessness. In partnership with local housing developers, the program supports tenants across four apartment communities, helping them maintain stable housing by addressing financial, health, and personal challenges that could jeopardize their well-being or independence.

Through a proactive, person-centered approach, MHASS works to reduce the risk of eviction, hospitalization, and housing loss by meeting basic needs and strengthening long-term stability—ensuring individuals and families are supported in building healthier, more secure lives.

Program Eligibility Requirements
MHA Social Services is available to tenants residing in participating housing developments through community-based agreements. Services are offered to individuals with a history of homelessness or those experiencing significant life challenges that place their housing at risk.
