Program Eligibility Requirements
Intensive Family Support Services are available to family members or loved ones residing in Monmouth County who have an adult (18+) relative diagnosed with a severe mental health condition. These services are open to any family in New Jersey, regardless of whether their loved one is currently receiving treatment.
