Join us for our "Evening of Honor" on Thursday, October 22nd at 6 p.m. at Rumson Country Club's Riverhouse to celebrate MHA’s longstanding support of veterans through our counseling, case management, and homeless outreach programs.  Guests will enjoy scrumptious food and drinks, our fabulous gift auction, as well as the stunning views of this very exclusive venue while mingling with friends and mutual supporters of mental health.  The event will also feature music by The Haven, a Jersey-Shore based rock band that delivers a diverse blend of classic and contemporary rock favorites.

We are thrilled to honor an exceptional champion of mental wellness and a distinguished veteran, Christopher Molaro. Chris is the CEO and Co-Founder of NeuroFlow, a leading behavioral health technology company that partners with health plans, health systems, and providers to build the AI-enabled infrastructure for measurement-informed, integrated care, supporting over 20M people nationally.  NeuroFlow was recognized in 2025 as one of TIME's World's Top AI HealthTech Companies and named to Fierce Healthcare's 2026 Fierce15 list of the most innovative companies in healthcare. He also serves as Chairman and Co-Founder of Madison Health Group, a behavioral health holding company that most recently announced its acquisition of Magellan Health.

Before founding NeuroFlow in 2017, Chris served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, completing a combat deployment where he was awarded the Bronze Star; he later was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner in 2020. He earned degrees from the US Military Academy at West Point and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Chris resides in Bryn Mawr, PA with his wife, Erica, and two children.

"Mental health is health, full stop.” asserts Chris. “That's especially true for the veterans and service members who so often carry invisible wounds home with them that impacts their physical health. I'm honored to accept this recognition, and I see it as a shared moment for NeuroFlow and MHA of Monmouth County alike, because our missions are really one and the same: making sure mental and behavioral health support is treated as a core part of physical wellness, and breaking down the barriers that keep people from getting the care they need."
