About the Event
Help your child build the skills they need to thrive! Join our Youth Skill Building Group for ages 10–12, where participants will learn practical strategies to improve emotional regulation, communication, self-esteem, problem-solving, and resilience while developing positive peer relationships in a safe and supportive environment.
The group meets Mondays at 1:00 PM from July 6 through August 10 at the Red Bank Resource Network (103 Drs. James Parker Blvd., Red Bank, NJ 07701).
