Welcome to "Time to Grow." 

The "Time to Grow" program is now under the auspices of  the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County.  The program is maintained especially for  the children and their families of Keansburg.  The focus of  "Time to Grow" is healthy relationship development.  The mission of "Time to Grow" is to educate  teens about healthy relationships now so that they will be better equipped to make healthy life choices in the future.
