The mission of the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County is to 
promote mental health and improve the care and treatment of children and
 adults with mental illness and their families through culturally competent advocacy, education,
research and services.  Organized more than 60 years ago,
the Association is part of a three-tiered national and state organization
